Tongue scraping should be the first step in your oral care routine, followed by flossing, brushing and oil pulling.

Use 1 Tablespoon of Oil Pulling Concentrate either undiluted or mixed with a 1:3 ratio of organic carrier oil such as sunflower, non-toasted sesame or coconut.

Slowly swish, pull and “chew” the oil around your mouth for five to 15 minutes.

Spit oil into a toilet or trash can. Rinse mouth with lukewarm saline water. Repeat daily for best results.
