Great Earth uses Australia Post for all deliveries in Australia and will despatch most orders within one business day Monday – Friday once payment has been received. This is based on all items being in stock. If there is a stock issue, the order will be despatched as soon as possible. You will be informed by email within business 2 days to the email address you have provided if there is an issue with the order.
In some cases, it may be necessary for the order to be despatched from two different places. This may mean you receive the order at two different times. In these cases, you will be informed by email using the email address you have provided.
All parcels will be delivered to the provided address. A signature is required upon receipt. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel may be collected during normal business hours.
Delivery times
Allow normal postage times for delivery. This is usually 7 days for delivery or 10 days in remote areas, unless you have requested and paid for an express post service.
